I’m Alon, a serial entrepreneur and the founder of The Hive Agency. With a background spanning operational leadership, financial strategy, and technology ventures, I’ve spent my career co-founding companies that challenge market norms and remove barriers — whether connecting entrepreneurs globally or bridging the digital divide in remote communities.
At The Hive, I channel that experience into helping startups and SMBs grow faster and smarter, using both proven frameworks and unconventional approaches that go beyond what traditional consulting offers.
Truly hearing what someone means, not just what they say, is rarer than most people think. Whether it’s a client brief or feedback buried in subtext, I catch it. People feel understood around me, and that changes the dynamic of every room I’m in.
I don’t just receive information, I process it. Complex problems, technical docs, ambiguous requirements, I cut through the noise and find what actually matters. Misunderstandings rarely make it past me.
I see the board a few moves ahead. Before jumping into execution, I map the terrain, anticipate the blockers, and find the path that makes the most sense, not just the fastest one. Good strategy saves ten times the effort it costs.
Ideas are only as good as the work that follows them. I finish things. Fully, cleanly, without needing to be reminded. In a world full of people who start, being someone who actually ships is worth more than most realize.
I can take something technical and make it land without dumbing it down. Clients, colleagues, whoever’s in the room, I read the audience and adjust. That ability to connect across different worlds is its own kind of fluency.
Code is just another language, and I’m fluent. I don’t just write it, I think in it, reason through it, use it to build things that hold up. The gap between an idea and something working is shorter for me than for most people.
The things others skim past, I catch. A misaligned element, an edge case, a broken link hiding in plain sight, nothing slips through. It’s not about being fussy, it’s about caring enough to get it right all the way to the end.
